SENIOR LAWYER (CORPORATE, TAX)

We are a Brazilian boutique law firm, with special focus in complex
business legal matters, in consulting (negotiation and a varied range
of corporate agreements) and litigation (judicial and arbitration), in
Brazil and abroad (especially in New York), for multinational and
Brazilian corporations.

Among our select group of institutional clients to whom we provide pro-
bono work are Harvard University (Cambridge, MA), Fundação Getúlio
Vargas - FGV and Associação Américas Amigas.

We are currently selecting a SENIOR LAWYER with the following
profile:

(i) Excellent academic and professional credentials;

(ii) 5 or more years in corporate or tax law practices (consulting and
litigation);

(iii) Fluent in English (indispensable).
